So today I unpacked my new Chargemaster Combo 1500 and the plastic tube that holds powder was very badly cracked. I bought it from MidSouth, but decided to give RCBS a call first. I explained to the first person I spoke with and explained that it was new and the tube was broken. He immediately offered to send a replacement and took my contact info himself and said the replacement would mail out today. Awesome! dancing_bananna.gif I will report back once it arrives in the mail.

They are really nice. They always have been. That's how I got my ChargeMaster before they even came out. I had two of their earlier models and had a few problems. They sent me the NEW ChargeMaster in return.

That's awesome.

I will tape up this tube that I've got for now to get me by until the new one arrives.

I have had nothing but good encounters over the years with RCBS. They have sent replacement parts for my old piggy back, replaced dies that have been scratched (all my fault btw), replace old style die lock down collars with newer design with wrench flats, replaced a broken primer tray, and a cracked plastic powder chamger on my measure, and more. NEVER have they asked for payment. NO excuses accepted. Just questions "what do you need, where do we send it, what else can I do for you" and "have a nice day sir".

NO complaints here....
