Let's start up a coyote picture contest!

Rules, the coyote must have been shot by you for pictures with harvest animals between January 1, 2007 and March 1st, 2008. Same dates apply for live animals except you must have taken the picture. SUbmit as many photo's as you like between now and when I stop accepting entries on March 2nd. You then decide which photo you want entered into the contest.

Choosing winners will be determined by poll, which will run for one week. In the event of a tie, those who are tied will have their names entered into another poll which will run for three days to determine the winner.

If you have any questions please let me know and good luck to everyone.

And here is the prize for our winner, a matched three piece call set!

I know how well those Braz calls work. I will put them up against any call made. And I have a box full of other calls.

The dog was killed in the same field my bobcat was killed in only the coyote was killed the day after Thanksgiving. He came running straight at me and turned a 90 degree right at about 25 yards.
Again caught me while I was deer hunting.

The pic is with my camera-phone.

I feel the same as you about Braz' calls. The best bang for your buck and I have plenty of his calls. All awesome! I've never been disappointed. In fact, he continues to impress me with his workmanship.

Gary, how do you like the Axiom? What caliber? Good luck.

The Axiom is very accurate but very heavy. 20" barrel .223, scoped and loaded, it weighs in at 12#. 7 break in shots off the hood of the pickup were about 5/8". I just picked up the Steyr and Heath saw me at PM get a deal on a Sako. Merry 10-Xmas!

Some of you may recognize this one. One of my best photos ever. That's Higgins with his mist.

I have another from a hunt on halloween day that's destined to be a classic too. But it can't be posted until after it's published.

There's no sense in competing in the Bobcat picture contest anymore. Not after Tarzan's photo shoot! Nothing can beat that, can it?

LOL, I don't think anyone will vote for me Gary, they may still all be pissed from having to gouge their eyes out after seeing the pic. Some were lucky enough to only have to wash there eyes out with acetone though, LOL

I took this nice female during the first week of the 2007 X-12 deer/rifle season. I called her in with a "song dog" howler and took her with my 270wsm loaded with 110gr. barnes tsx bullets.

.

The wide open sagebrush flats along with the rugged mountains of the Bridgeport/Bodie area make this area one of my favorite places on earth.
