You guys ever use a .22Lr casing or a .17hmr caseing and whistle at the squirrels i have found it works well to get that perfect pose for the flip shot while they are standing up investigating

Or make kissing noises with your mouth works well for them i have a dog toy that squeak just like them lol

any little mouth sound will get their attention. I've found dog toy squeakers make the best imitation of all the noises squirrels make.

I never thought to use an old case.

I mimick their sound by whistling the same cadence I always hear them them use, three quick short ones, two single peeps followed by three more quick ones......peeep,peep,pep,...peep,...peep...peeep,peep,pep

Come on guys you just lay in the grass and make sounds like a nut

Now if I could just find out their cell phone numbers. Doesn't everybody and everything have one of those.
